National Award-winning movie producer Aparna Sen long-standing dream has at last been figured it out. The executive had since quite a while ago needed to adjust William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet on the extra large screen.

The trailer of her new Bengali film, Arshinagar, taking into account Romeo and Juliet, was dispatched on the long range interpersonal communication site.

The musical stars on-screen character Dev and Ritika in main parts. Fabulous Bollywood on-screen character Waheeda Rahman plays Dadijaan in the film. Different performing artists incorporate Jisshu Sengupta, Kaushik Sen, Roopa Ganguly, Jaya Seal Ghosh and others.

Arshinagar is an anecdotal town, which is threatened by two adversary groups - Khans and the Mitras. The trailer indicates Dev (Ronojoy, Biswanath Mitra's child) brandishing a horse. He adores music and has a carport band as well. He begins to look all starry eyed at Sabir Khan's little girl Zulekha or Julie (Ritika). Jisshu Sengupta looks malevolent in an all-dark gathering and kohled eyes. He plays Julie's sibling.

This is the first time Dev is acting in Aparna Sen’s film. Dev took to Twitter to share his feelings. “Most difficult film of my life #Arshinagar Thanx @senaparna fr casting me in thz Epic,” he posted.

Debojyoti Mishra has composed the music of the film. Reportedly the film will have 10 songs.

Arshinagar will hit the theatres on Dev’s birthday ( Christmas day).
